In Alessano, a characteristic town in the heart of Salento, in the center of the village and only 5 km from the enchanting Adriatic coast, stands this charming historic building of the late nineteenth century. Positioned at an angle the building sits in a context of other historic buildings and period houses. With its large main façade, it has three entrances to the street level, of these three, the largest, as well as the main, is characterized by an imposing wooden door where there is an imposing and fascinating staircase that connects the ground floor to the first floor and to the terrace. Also from the entrance, large in size you can access all the various rooms and the back garden. The ground floor, once used as an area reserved for services, consists of six rooms in excellent condition. The decidedly more elegant upper floor of the ground floor consists of six other main rooms as well as some spaces used as accessories. All the rooms are well lit, with access to the balconies and are different from the rooms on the lower floor, especially for the finishing touched more in detail. On the large terrace floor you can enjoy the beautiful view on the landscapes around Alessano and on the village itself. With access from the outside to the side of the building leads to the basement that has always been used as storage and consists of two large rooms. To complete the frame there is a large private garden located in the rear part. Inside there are some citrus and various ornamental trees, has a surface of about 370 square meters and also overlooks the side street, where you could create a second entrance.
